Job Description: Food and Beverage Marketing Manager

A Food and Beverage Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing initiatives for Conrad Dubai to drive incremental hotel revenue within the marketing budget. The role involves ensuring consistency and high standards across all external and internal communications, managing the accuracy and quality of print and electronic materials, and aligning with corporate brand guidelines.

What will I be doing?
  1. General Marketing: Develops each hotel’s Marketing Plan and Budget, manages and executes tactical campaigns to increase revenue, and collaborates with DBD, GM, FC, and Regional Marketing to review campaign performance.
  2. Department Liaison: Coordinates with other departments to identify opportunities and support revenue targets. Ensures promotional activities are executed across all channels, leveraging partnerships effectively to achieve desired returns.
  3. External Relationships: Builds relationships with partners and external stakeholders to enhance hotel positioning and create opportunities through events, co-operations, and sponsorships.
  4. E-Commerce/E-Marketing: Ensures hotel websites are updated with promotions and showcase the hotels effectively. Manages third-party website content and email marketing activities in compliance with Hilton standards.
  5. Advertising & Promotions: Coordinates with Regional Marketing on joint marketing opportunities and maintains updated information on F&B activities and promotions.
  6. Database Management: Develops and maintains hotel databases for targeted marketing campaigns.
  7. Internal Marketing & Collateral: Acts as the brand guardian on property, develops marketing collateral per Hilton’s identity guidelines, and manages relationships with suppliers and print vendors. Supports merchandising efforts and maintains photographic libraries.
