Job Description

A Food and Beverage Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing initiatives for Conrad Dubai, to drive incremental hotel revenue in line with marketing budget. To ensure consistency and high standards of all external and internal communications and to manage, monitor and direct the accuracy and quality of all print material and electronic data reference to both hotels in line with corporate brand guidelines.

What will I be doing?

  1. General Marketing: Develops each hotel's Marketing Plan and Budget, manages and executes tactical campaigns to drive incremental revenues, and provides regular campaign performance updates to DBD, GM, FC, and Regional Marketing.
  2. Collaboration: Works with other departments to identify opportunities, support revenue targets, and ensure promotional activities are executed across channels, leveraging partnerships effectively.
  3. Partnerships & External Relations: Builds relationships with partners and external stakeholders to enhance hotel positioning and create brand awareness through events, co-operations, and sponsorships.
  4. E-Commerce/E-Marketing: Ensures hotel websites are updated with promotions, manages third-party website content, and oversees email marketing activities in compliance with Hilton standards.
  5. Advertising & Promotions: Coordinates with Regional Marketing on joint marketing opportunities and ensures F&B activities and promotions are accurately presented.
  6. Database & Campaign Management: Develops and grows hotel databases for targeted marketing campaigns across rooms, meetings, F&B, and Spa offers.
  7. Internal Marketing & Collateral: Acts as the brand guardian on property, develops marketing collateral per Hilton guidelines, and liaises with suppliers for quality production.
  8. Merchandising & Photography: Supports merchandising opportunities, maintains photographic libraries, and audits departmental adherence to standards.

  • High proficiency in IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • At least one year of experience in a similar position
