- Be Mama’s Storyteller: Create bold and fun campaigns that capture the energy of our bars, restaurants, and events.
- Shine a Spotlight on F&B: Highlight our menus, promotions, and special events in ways that make guests want to run to Mama.
- Master of Channels: From Instagram stories to email blasts to local partnerships—spread the Mama vibe everywhere.
- Guest-First Mindset: Anticipate what our guests crave and market experiences that feel tailor-made for them.
- Numbers + Creativity: Track results, measure impact, and balance creative spark with business goals.
- Collaboration Rockstar: Work hand-in-hand with chefs, mixologists, sales, and operations teams to bring big ideas to life.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, specialized in F&B Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
- Experience in campaign management, brand positioning, and ROI tracking.
- Passion for food & beverage trends and the ability to translate them into engaging marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills (English required; additional languages are a plus).
- Creativity, adaptability, and a strong eye for detail.
