Job summary

Dubai Holding Entertainment is seeking a Food and Beverage - Storekeeper to manage stock receiving, storage and issuance for our high-volume venues in Dubai. You will ensure accurate stock records and align with purchase orders and operational needs.

Responsibilities include verifying deliveries, performing GRN processing, FIFO/FEFO stock rotation, and coordinating with F&B outlets, kitchen, procurement and finance to support smooth operations while upholding food safety standards and HACCP

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in F&B storekeeping or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock receiving, storage, and reconciliation.
• Proficiency with Oracle, SAP, FMC or equivalent; advanced Excel for reporting.
• Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue F&B stock per approvals and orders.
• Verify deliveries against orders for quantity, quality, price, and expiry.
• Maintain accurate stock records with regular counts and documentation.
• Operate GRN processing, invoicing, accruals, and stock transfers.
• Apply FIFO/FEFO to minimize wastage and overstocking.
• Coordinate with outlets, kitchen, service, procurement and finance.
• Prepare inventory reports and support month-end closing.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, Dubai standards.
