Job summary

Accor's Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate is seeking a dynamic intern to join the F&B team in the UAE. You will gain hands-on experience in hotel operations and guest service, working with a professional team in a renowned hospitality group.

Recommended for students pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's in Hospitality, with strong English communication, good interpersonal skills, and a customer‑minded approach. Arabic language skills are a plus, and you’ll be supported to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management or Tourism.
• Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform with name badge.
• Set up and unset function rooms, including table setting, per standards.
• Attend to guest needs, complaints and on-site requests in a courteous manner.
• Assist other F&B outlets during peak times when needed.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized service and storage areas.
