OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:

• Follow all JW Marriott policies and procedures, including clean-as-you-go practices.
• Report to work on time, dressed in a neat, clean uniform with necessary tools.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift.
• Communicate dietary restrictions and special requests to the kitchen.
• Set tables according to service standards, ensuring quality and cleanliness.
• Report issues immediately to a supervisor.
• Set up the restaurant efficiently and accurately.
• Participate in daily briefings and tastings.
• Know and follow the Basic of the Day and Food & Beverage Brand Standards.
• Serve guest orders promptly, adhering to service standards and upselling when appropriate.
• Answer guest questions about menu items, specials, and beverages, making suitable suggestions.
• Check food before serving for appearance, temperature, and portions.
• Ensure tables are reset properly and side stations are organized.
• Complete all assigned setup and side work.
• Be flexible to work in different outlets as needed.
