Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years in finance/FP&A, ideally in F&B or hospitality.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting and variance analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel; experience with BI tools, ERP, and consolidation systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; strong business partnering.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage annual budgeting across restaurant and F&B operations.
• Lead weekly/monthly forecasts focusing on revenue, margins, and costs.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly FP&A reports with P&L and KPI analysis.
• Build financial models (P&L, cash flow, unit economics) for new openings and promotions.
• Analyze variances vs. budget using F&B KPIs across locations.
• Partner with chefs, bar managers, and procurement to drive cost control and pricing strategies.
• Ensure data integrity from POS, ERP, and inventory systems; consolidate multi-unit data.
• Support month-end and year-end close with insights and risk flags.
• Drive FP&A process improvements, automation, and dashboarding for leadership.
