Job summary

Bateel International in Dubai seeks an experienced FP&A Leader to own budgeting, forecasting, business plans and management reporting for the UAE entity. You will collaborate with the Chief Accountant and divisional heads to deliver timely monthly closes and high-quality financial insights.

The role requires strong governance, advanced financial modelling, and Power BI/ERP expertise. Candidates should have Big 4 background, 8–10 years in FP&A, and a track record in retail/F&B environments.

Qualifications

Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis, including managerial or team leadership.
Big 4 background essential with strong audit and financial reporting grounding.
F&B industry experience essential, ideally with retail/multi-outlet operations.
Product costing exposure in manufacturing/production environments.
Experience in handling statutory/internal audits end-to-end and resolving queries.
Monthly financial statements close process experience and reporting pack reviews.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end FP&A for UAE business including budgeting and forecasts.
Own FP&A calendar and publish timetables for annual budget and rolling forecasts.
Lead annual budgeting across Retail, Cafés and support functions.
Prepare rolling P&L, balance sheet and cash flow with risk insights.
Drive monthly close in partnership with Chief Accountant and teams.
Review monthly reporting packs for Group Consolidation and Corporate.
