Job description

We are seeking an experienced F&B Construction Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-end restaurant projects for a leading hospitality group in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to work on prestigious, design-led concepts in one of the world's most dynamic markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of F&B construction projects from inception through to handover.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and procurement to ensure projects meet cost and time targets.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various locations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing the construction of high-end restaurants or luxury F&B outlets.
• International project experience - you will have delivered projects outside your home country or worked across different regions.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out, MEP coordination, and the unique requirements of F&B builds.
• A construction-related degree is preferred but not essential if you have relevant hands-on experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
