Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in F&B within a 4 or 5-star hotel is essential.

The role involves :

  • Coordinating daily food and beverage operations, including inventory management and supply ordering.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing issues promptly.
  • Assisting in planning and executing events and promotions.
  • Collaborating with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory, purchases, and sales.
  • Handling administration and payroll processes.
  • Coordinating appointments and scheduling meetings.
  • Ensuring high quality standards are maintained consistently.

Qualifications, experience & skills :

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or similar.
  • 2 years of experience in F&B in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
  • Good knowledge of F&B operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Typing or related certification is a plus.
