Our successful F&B Co-Ordinator’s responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate daily food and beverage operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies.
2. Assist in the planning and execution of events and promotions.
3. Collaborate with the Kitchen and Service teams to ensure seamless operations.
4. Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchases, and sales.
5. Support the development and implementation of menus and beverage programs.
6. Maintain administration and payroll processes.
7. Coordinate appointments and schedule meetings.
8. Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
9. Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high-quality standards consistently and accurately.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or business administration.
• At least two years of experience in a similar role within a four- to five-star hotel.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Office and POS systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• A passion for food and beverages and providing exceptional guest service.
• Full awareness of the food and beverage reservation system.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written; Arabic is a plus.
• Typing certification is a plus.
