Job description

JOB SUMMARY

Main Duties / Responsibilities :

  • Handle guest complaints according to policy.
  • Act as opening team leader to ensure tables, flowers, and mise en place are well prepared.
  • Assist in training, supervising, and disciplining all outlet colleagues.
  • Conduct team briefings and training as delegated by the Restaurant Manager.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as required to ensure the outlet is ready for business.
  • Take initiative to drive revenue, generate ideas, and identify training needs.
  • Manage inventories directly related to the operation of the outlet.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • High school diploma.
  • 4-5 years of Food and Beverage experience.
  • At least 2 years in a similar role within a 5-star international environment.
  • Training in Train the Trainer, Upselling skills, HACCP.
  • Organized and well-planned.
  • Able to work efficiently with speed while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of Micros Point of Sale system.
  • Ability to manage colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
