Job Summary

Responsible for managing guest relations, overseeing daily operations, and leading the service team to ensure excellent guest experiences in a 5-star international environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Handle guest complaints according to hotel policy.
  2. Lead opening team to ensure tables, flowers, and mise en place are well prepared.
  3. Assist in training, supervising, and disciplining outlet colleagues.
  4. Conduct team briefings and training as delegated by the Restaurant Manager.
  5. Perform opening and closing duties to ensure the outlet is ready for business.
  6. Drive revenue initiatives, share ideas, and identify training needs.
  7. Manage inventories related to outlet operations.
Candidate Profile
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. 4-5 years of Food and Beverage experience.
  3. Minimum 2 years in a similar role within a 5-star international environment.
