An amazing opportunity has opened up in our award winning Afya All Day Dining restaurant. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a high level of service to our guests and always remaining available to assist and advise when necessary.

What will you do?

• Interact with clients and understand their needs.
• Guide the guest through the Lobby Lounge menu.
• Suggest options based on the customers palate and taste.
• Fulfil guest orders in an effective and organised manner.
• Work with Lobby Lounge colleagues to keep excellent service standards.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness / orderliness at the bar and surrounding areas.
• Empathetically listen to client queries / complaints and work with colleagues / Service Manager to find solutions.
