Job Overview:

An opportunity has arisen for a to join as a F&B Attendant in Green Planet. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction while adhering to all SOPs and hygiene standards.
• Demonstrate thorough product knowledge to confidently respond to guest inquiries and actively upsell items to drive revenue.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain the outlet in compliance with health, safety, and Dubai Municipality food regulations.
• Assist in the setup and service of special functions or themed events, providing general support and maintaining service quality.
• Attend scheduled trainings and meetings, communicate effectively with colleagues and management, and support team members positively.
• Follow company standards regarding grooming, cash handling, hygiene procedures, behavior, and conduct, including while using company facilities.

About you

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• High School Certificate with Basic Food Hygiene Certification; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field is desirable.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, with cash handling experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Strong customer service, communication, and basic computer skills; fluent in spoken English.
• Desirable to have experience handling AED and foreign currencies
