Job summary

A major hotel chain in Dubai is looking for a guest service professional to assist with menu items and ensure guest satisfaction. The role requires at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position and proficiency in Opera POS. You should maintain a calm and courteous demeanor at all times, and fluency in English is essential, while additional languages are advantageous. This is a full-time position with no remote work option.

Job description

• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Have full knowledge of food & beverage lists promotions menu items and preparation methods
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Handlecash and credit card transactions
• Checks the accuracy of the guests reservations order and other requests
• Visits the guests in the tables occupied to confirm guest satisfaction
