Job Description

The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in the restaurant, bar, or outlet, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and memorable dining experience. The role includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding hotel standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Present menus, provide recommendations, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently according to service standards.
• Ensure tables, chairs, and service areas are clean, well‑set, and properly maintained.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Process billing and payments accurately.
• Monitor stock levels of service items (cutlery, glassware, condiments) and report shortages.
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations in all aspects of work.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist in setting up and closing the outlet according to operational requirements.
• Support colleagues and contribute positively to team spirit and service excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service is an advantage; freshers with strong customer service skills are welcome.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and strong guest service orientation.
