Job description

We are looking for a professional and service-oriented F&B Attendant to serve beverages and light refreshments to clients visiting our Sales Gallery. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent service with attention to detail, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet clients and guests warmly upon arrival at the Sales Gallery.
  • Prepare and serve a selection of beverages tea, coffee, juices, bottled water, etc.) in accordance with quality and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure the refreshment area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Present beverages in a professional, elegant manner to align with the company’s brand image.
  • Support the guest experience team by attending to any client needs or special beverage requests.
  • Follow proper hygiene, health, and safety procedures during service.
  • Assist in setting up and clearing refreshments before and after client appointments or events.
  • Coordinate with pantry or kitchen staff for replenishments or special orders.
  • Maintain knowledge of beverage menu and make suggestions based on guest preferences.
  • Report any service issues, equipment malfunctions, or supply shortages to the supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a hospitality, hotel, or F&B service environment preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Neat and professional appearance.
