A luxury hospitality group is seeking an F&B Associate Director to join the Marketing & Communications team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The ideal candidate will develop and implement the F&B marketing strategy, ensure each outlet has a unique brand position, and drive targeted marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with various departments to maintain cohesive communications and oversee digital initiatives. This role is pivotal for enhancing brand visibility within the dining sector.

About The Job

An opportunity has arisen for F&B Associate Director to join our team of Marketing & Communications at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Develop, own, and refine the overarching F&B marketing and communications strategy for all restaurants, lounges, bars, and culinary concepts.
  • Establish and reinforce a unique and differentiated brand positioning for every outlet, ensuring alignment with the wider brand vision and business goals.
  • Identify, develop, and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive awareness, covers, and revenue across all F&B outlets.
  • Lead strategic partnerships, influencer collaborations, and media activations that align with outlet positioning and business goals.
  • Oversee digital activations, including social media initiatives, paid campaigns, CRM, and loyalty engagement programs.
  • Act as the primary marketing liaison between F&B Operations, PR, Digital Marketing, Revenue, and Sales to ensure integrated communication and cohesive brand execution.
