We are seeking experienced strategy professionals to join our rapidly growing team in MENA at the Manager level. As part of EY Parthenon Strategy, you will deliver impactful projects across the region and develop your career through diverse engagements, mentoring, and formal learning.

Your key responsibilities

Within our strategy consulting practice, you will be a key participant in work streams and engagements, translating client needs into project tasks and deliverables. You will collaborate with clients to define project objectives and scope, in consultation with senior team members.

You will primarily work on strategy-related projects, including long-term roadmaps, growth strategies, market entry & expansion, go-to-market strategies, digital transformation initiatives, commercial due diligence, and greenfield projects.

Your clients may include global corporations, governments, public entities, family conglomerates, and sovereign wealth funds. Typically, you will work directly with C-suite executives on strategic and transactional decisions.

Skills and attributes for success

As a strategy consulting professional, you should be able to:

• Develop business strategies using tools such as market analysis, customer research, macroeconomic forecasting, and portfolio optimization.
• Review transaction rationale and deal documents to identify key issues and risks.
• Analyze large datasets to translate insights into actionable plans and strategies.
• Mentor and motivate junior team members with diverse skills and backgrounds.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top-ranking university with excellent academic performance, and 4 to 10 years of strategy consulting experience.
• Experience in Mobility & Transport strategy, Logistics, SEZs, Automotive, Transit authorities, 3PLs, City transport modeling, Ride-hailing, or related sectors.
• Experience with 'big picture' strategy projects such as due diligence, digital transformation, growth, and market strategies.
• Ability to assess industries, products, markets, competitors, and customers to identify risks and opportunities.
• Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel within the MENA region (approximately 25-50%).

Preferred qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree from a top-tier business school.
• Experience in client advisory or strategic planning within a professional services environment.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
