We are seeking experienced strategy professionals to join our rapidly growing team in MENA at the Manager level. As part of EY-Parthenon Strategy, you will deliver impactful projects across the region and develop your career through diverse engagements, mentoring, and formal learning.

Your key responsibilities

As a strategy consulting team member, you will participate in work streams and engagements, translating client needs into project tasks and deliverables. You will work closely with clients to define objectives and scope in consultation with senior team members.

You will primarily work on strategy-related projects, including long-term strategy roadmaps, growth strategies, market entry & expansion, go-to-market strategies, digital transformation projects, commercial due diligence, and greenfield initiatives.

Your clients may include global corporations, governments, public entities, family conglomerates, and sovereign wealth funds. The team often collaborates directly with C-suite executives on strategic and transactional decisions.

Skills and attributes for success

You should be able to:

• Develop business strategies using tools like market analysis, customer research, macroeconomic forecasting, and portfolio optimization.
• Review transaction rationale and deal documents to identify key issues and risks.
• Analyze large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data to create realistic plans and goals.
• Motivate and mentor junior team members with diverse skills and backgrounds.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-ranked school with outstanding academic performance, and 4-10 years of strategy consulting experience.
• Experience in Mobility & Transport strategy, Logistics, SEZ, automotive future, transit authorities, 3PLs, city transport modeling, ride-hailing, or related sectors.
• Experience in big-picture strategy projects such as due diligence, digital transformation, growth, and market strategies.
• Ability to assess industries, products, markets, competitors, and customers to identify risks and opportunities.
• Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel within the MENA region (approximately 25-50%).

Preferred qualifications

• MBA or Master’s from a top-tier business school.
• Experience in client advisory or strategic planning within professional services.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
