We seek experienced strategy professionals to join our growing team in MENA at the Manager level. You will work on impactful projects, develop your career through diverse engagements, mentoring, and formal learning.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will participate in work streams and engagements, translating client needs into project tasks and deliverables. You will define the objectives and scope of engagements in consultation with seniors, focusing on strategy projects such as long-term roadmaps, growth, market entry, go-to-market strategies, digital transformation, due diligence, and greenfield projects. Your clients may include global corporations, governments, family conglomerates, and sovereign wealth funds, often working directly with C-suite executives.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Develop business strategies using market analysis, customer research, macro-economic forecasting, and portfolio optimization.
• Review transaction rationale and deal documents to identify risks and issues.
• Analyze large qualitative and quantitative data to create actionable plans.
• Motivate and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top-ranking school with outstanding academic performance, 4-10 years of strategy consulting experience.
• Experience in Mobility & Transport strategy, Logistics, SEZ, automotive, transit, 3PLs, city transport modeling, ride-hailing, or related sectors.
• Experience in big-picture strategy projects including due diligence, digital transformation, growth, and market strategies.
• Ability to assess industries, products, markets, competitors, and customers for risks and opportunities.
• Proficiency in English; full professional fluency in Arabic is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel within MENA region (25-50%).

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s from a top-tier business school.
• Experience in client advisory or strategic planning within professional services.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Full fluency in Arabic is advantageous.
