Ultimate Medical Academy in Dubai seeks a Team Lead to drive recruitment operations for graduates and alumni with Allied Healthcare employers. You will guide graduates through interviews and hiring, manage communications and forecasting, and lead a team focused on wellness and engagement.

The role requires leadership experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office and Teams. This position offers on-site work in Dubai and a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in recruiting, career services, employment assistance, or sales.
• Proficiency in people leadership and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments.
• Fluency in verbal and written English.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate required technology.

Responsibilities

• Drive team productivity and quality by ensuring efficient conversion of interviews, hires, and placements.
• Manage communication, forecasting, and support for current students, graduating students, and alumni
• Guide graduates through the interview and hiring process with Allied Healthcare employers
• Handle manager-level customer service, re-engagement, and de-escalation calls
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and monitor calls for team member development
• Lead and develop team members to foster a culture of wellness and engagement
