Job description

  • Identify and develop new international markets and clients for company products.
  • Set and achieve export sales targets in alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand global trends and customer needs.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build long-term relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and customers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for international clients, addressing concerns and ensuring service excellence.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, price quotations, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor and manage the entire export sales cycle, including order processing, shipment coordination, and after-sales service.
  • Logistics & Documentation
  • Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate export documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including INCOTERMS, export licenses, customs clearance, etc.
  • Strategic Reporting & Forecasting
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market feedback to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor promotional strategies for regional markets.
