Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Export Sales Support Engineer with a strong background in HVAC systems, particularly Air Handling Units (AHU) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs). The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of sales experience in the UAE or India, with a preference for candidates from India. This role involves managing and supporting distributors across Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, and Egypt, while also exploring new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distributor Management: Handle and support distributors across assigned territories, ensuring strong business relationships.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new sales opportunities in existing and untapped markets.
  • Technical Sales Support: Provide product knowledge and technical expertise on AHUs and FCUs to customers and distributors.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business growth.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned regions.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 6-8 years of sales experience in HVAC/AHU/FCU industry (UAE or India experience is acceptable).
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of AHUs, FCUs, and HVAC systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Travel Readiness: Willing to travel extensively to target markets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in handling international distributors.
