Position: Export Control Officer (ECO) Manager for RB Middle East

• Provide strategic export control insights into current and future business opportunities by anticipating risks and implementing mitigation measures.
• Lead regional and local process implementation, conduct risk management, and establish controls and audits.
• Deploy global standards and guidelines on export controls and sanctions law at the regional level; draft national and regional policies as needed.
• Collaborate with a network of regional and national Export Control Officers in a multicultural environment, exchanging knowledge globally.
• Location can be based in Riyadh or Dubai.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of export control and sanctions compliance.
• Experience in foreign trade.
• Ability to work independently, especially regarding conflicts of interest.
• Proven leadership skills, including guiding staff on export control issues.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in international export control laws.
• Results-oriented with high-quality outcomes.
• Strong collaboration skills, especially with Export Control Coordinators.
• Effective communication skills for conveying results clearly.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP GTS preferred.
