Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced wealth managers to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote role requires 4+ years advising individual clients on budgeting, saving, and financial planning to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents and plans.

We offer a fully remote, flexible schedule of 5–20 hours per week (ASAP start) with compensation at $70/hour, and the potential for additional hours if desired.

Qualifications

• 4+ years advising individual clients on household cash-flow planning, debt payoff scheduling, and retirement drawdown modeling.
• Skilled at turning a client's scattered accounts and goals into a clear, goals-based financial plan they can actually follow.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced wealth managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for wealth managers with 4+ years advising individual clients on budgeting, saving, and financial planning to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: household cash-flow plans, goals-based financial plans, retirement drawdown models, debt payoff schedules, net-worth statements, and risk-tolerance questionnaires.
