Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced Head of FP&A to help train an AI-driven platform on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role is fully remote with flexible hours working 5-20 hours per week, starting ASAP.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, a track record of board-ready P&L decks, and expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with superb written communication and attention to detail.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced heads of fp&a who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for heads of fp&a with 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance roles building forecasts and financial models to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: rolling forecast models, variance bridge decks, driver-based operating models, board-ready p&L decks, monthly flux commentary memos, and scenario sensitivity models.

Compensation:

$100/hour

Commitment:

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location:

Fully remote, work on your own schedule
