Ethos is seeking experienced strategy consultants to help train an AI model on professional presentations and slide decks. The role focuses on developing, evaluating, and refining AI-generated slides across key workflows such as market entry decks and growth strategy narratives.

We require 3+ years at a tier‑2 or boutique strategy firm with expert PowerPoint skills and strong written communication. Fully remote, flexible 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced strategy consultants from firms like Oliver Wyman, Kearney, L.E.K., Roland Berger, and Accenture Strategy who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for consultants with 3+ years at a tier‑2 or boutique strategy firm to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: market entry decks, commercial due diligence presentations, growth strategy storylines, competitor analysis exhibits, and board presentations.
