Ethos is seeking experienced curatorial managers to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across exhibition catalog essays, funding applications, donor decks, and public programming outlines.

Successful candidates have 4+ years in museums or humanities settings, with expert-level document and slide craftsmanship and superb written communication.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced curatorial managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We're looking for curatorial managers with 4+ years working in museums, cultural institutions, arts nonprofits, or humanities scholarship to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: exhibition catalog essays, cultural funding applications, collection provenance spreadsheets, donor briefing decks, public programming outlines, and artist biographical profiles.

Compensation:

$70/hour

Commitment:

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location:

Fully remote, work on your own schedule
