Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced GTM operations managers to help train their latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote role requires 5+ years in revenue or CRM operations and hands-on ownership of field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets.

Commitment is flexible at 5–20 hours per week with start ASAP. You will build and refine AI-driven workflows, pipeline dashboards, and data hygiene processes, reporting to

• Experience auditing pipeline hygiene and building funnel conversion dashboards that sales and marketing leadership rely on.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (CRM field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic documents, territory carve models).
• Audit pipeline hygiene and build funnel conversion dashboards for leadership.
• Maintain high-quality written communication and ensure attention to detail across all outputs.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced gtm operations managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for gtm operations managers with 5+ years in revenue operations, GTM operations, or CRM data operations to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: crm field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic documents, territory carve models, pipeline hygiene audits, funnel conversion dashboards, and deduplication rulesets.

Compensation: $100/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP
