Ethos is seeking experienced environmental compliance specialists to help train a leading AI lab's language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. Qualified applicants have 4+ years in ecological research or regulatory monitoring, and excel at turning field and lab data into clear technical reports for regulators or clients.

This is a fully remote, flexible commitment at $90/hour. Work is 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start.

Qualifications

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced environmental compliance specialists who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for environmental compliance specialists with 4+ years in ecological research, environmental consulting, or applied biology to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: environmental impact assessment reports, species habitat and biodiversity survey summaries, water and soil quality monitoring data sheets, regulatory permit and compliance submissions, field study methodology and sampling protocols, and conservation and remediation project proposals.

Compensation: $90/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP
