Job Description

Are you a seasoned Police leader or professional with extensive experience in a modern and large police force? We are looking for an expert in excellence, performance assessment, transformation, and quality assurance within police organizations.

This 6 to 12-month engagement (contingent upon the awarding of the project) in the United Arab Emirates offers a unique opportunity to make an impact through innovative strategies and professional plans.

Your expertise will be instrumental in driving tangible improvements and fostering a culture of continuous excellence.

Key Qualifications:

1. Proven leadership across multiple roles within a highly advanced and large police force (+1 million city).
2. Expertise in producing, evaluating, and enhancing performance standards.
3. Experience in police force transformation and strategic development.
4. Ability to define and oversee quality assurance protocols to ensure efficiency and excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are more interested in candidates who worked in renowned, modern, large, and highly professional police forces worldwide. This is a consulting role, not a managerial role, as the candidate will work as an advisor within a team.
