Job description

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of excellence requirements including planning excellence awards, advising on the implementation of critical initiatives and projects, and reviewing and updating requirements as necessary.

KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Provides close guidance to the department and section responsible for implementing excellence models.
  2. Develops a comprehensive action plan to align with the standards' requirements.
  3. Implements strategic planning activities and manages the management implementation plan and operational initiatives.
  4. Managing trends and measuring performance for all areas related to the department.
  5. Overseeing departmental objectives and reengineering strategic and operational objectives in line with the Authority's strategic planning.
  6. Conducts benchmarking and researches global best practices, awards, and certifications that support the standards' requirements.
  7. Managing department-related risks.

EDUCATION

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from a recognized university.
  2. Minimum of 14 years of work experience.
