• Overview > The investment Expert will lead and execute high-value transactions on behalf of a prominent client in Abu Dhabi. The role involves evaluating project feasibility structuring public-private partnerships and supporting transaction execution. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise proven leadership capabilities and a results-driven mindset to drive transactions and strategic initiatives. Prior experience in consulting environments is highly valued

• Activities/Tasks > Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on strategic alignment financial viability and market potential; Lead feasibility assessments including financial modelling risk analysis and market research to support investment recommendations; Design and negotiate tailored deal structures that optimize value and align with client objectives balancing short- and long-term outcomes; Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling investment presentations for internal and external stakeholders; Lead negotiations to ensure successful execution aligned with strategic legal / regulatory and financial requirements; Stay abreast of UAE and GCC real estate market trends regulatory frameworks and competitive dynamics to guide strategic decisions

• Required Qualifications > 1) Minimum 15 years of experience in real estate M&A investment management or asset management. Preference for candidates with experience in UAE or GCC 2) Prior experience in a management consulting or advisory role is preferred particularly within real estate or transaction advisory services 3) Demonstrated ability to take initiative lead multidisciplinary workstreams and drive teams toward results in fast-paced high-stakes environments 4) Bachelor’s / master’s degree in finance/business CFA is preferred not necessary 5) understanding of the business environment and dynamics within the UAE and broader GCC region 6) Advanced proficiency in financial modelling valuation and investment analysis with the ability to assess complex scenarios and guide strategic decisions
