Job summary

Flyper in El-Fujairah, UAE, seeks an experienced Land Surveyor to join the team. The candidate should have at least 3 years of field experience with strong surveying knowledge and the ability to work independently or in a team to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or diploma in land surveying or related field.
• Valid certification from a professional association such as RICS.
• A UAE driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Collect data using GPS, aerial photography, laser rangefinders, total stations, and other tools.
• Prepare sketches, maps, reports and legal descriptions of surveyed properties.
• Analyze survey evidence for measurements and information related to boundaries.
• Locate existing survey markers including pins, stakes, stone monuments etc.
• Monitor project progress according to survey timelines.
• Utilize GIS software applications when necessary.
