Job summary

ConFlip in Zayed City, UAE seeks an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. You will conduct surveys, create maps, and use equipment like GPS receivers, theodolites, and total stations to measure land boundaries.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. Valid driver’s license required; we welcome immigrant applicants.

Qualifications

• Two years or more of land surveying experience.
• Knowledge of surveying techniques, principles and tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Conducting research on existing surveys and documents.
• Consulting with clients and other professionals such as engineers and architects.
• Creating maps and plans.
• Using survey equipment such as level rods, theodolites, GPS receivers, rangefinders, total stations.
• Measuring angles and distances.
• Evaluating data and writing reports.
