Job summary

A leading industrial instrumentation company seeks a skilled technician for maintenance and calibration of measurement instruments in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Physical Measurements or Instrumentation and at least 3 years of industrial experience. You'll work on large-scale international projects, diagnose malfunctions, and implement technical improvements, while being part of a professional and friendly team that values responsibility and communication skills.

Job description

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and calibration of measurement instruments
  • Adjust, diagnose, and calibrate devices
  • Interpret measurement data and ensure its reliability
  • Calibrate and synchronize control loops during troubleshooting, shutdowns, maintenance, commissioning, or new installations
  • Diagnose malfunctions and perform interventions on equipment (repairs, adjustments, troubleshooting); analyze root causes and suggest improvements
  • Select and specify suitable measurement equipment
  • Complete and verify intervention reports and technical documentation
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams and operating documents
  • Suggest and implement technical improvements to systems and new installations
  • Conduct safety tests

Required Qualifications & Skills :

  • Degree in Physical Measurements, or in Instrumentation
  • At least 3 years of experience in an industrial environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (essential for international context)
  • Professionalism, rigor, and a strong sense of responsibility
