Experienced Family Office Property Manager - Dubai

A single family office based in the UAE is looking to hire an experienced property manager with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience gained within a family office or real estate property management company. The role is to manage a growing property portfolio in the UAE. Reporting to the CFO, ideally you will need solid experience in managing private properties. As well as your main focus being the stewardship and management of a small portfolio of properties dealing with all aspects of property administration, you will also provide financial reporting, forecasting and analysis on tenant management and the rental market. Planning, management and maintenance of properties will be a focal point in your duties.

The successful candidate will have a recognised qualification with a preference in a Degree related to property and estate management and/or finance or accountancy (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CFA).

You will need at least 5 to 8 years work experience within the industry; Family Office property management experience. Ideally with a property management professional qualification.
