Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide variety of dishes, with a focus on Arabic and Indian cuisine.
• Ensure high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene in all meals prepared.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly menus according to dietary preferences and special requests.
• Source and select high-quality ingredients while maintaining kitchen inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Prepare meals for special occasions and gatherings, especially during Ramadan and festive seasons.
• Adapt to various cooking techniques and dietary requirements as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a professional cook, preferably in private households, hotels, or restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of Arabic and Indian cuisine, with the ability to prepare traditional dishes authentically.
• Experience working in GCC countries is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including during Ramadan and special events.
