Job Purpose
Acts as Air Arabia’s ambassador; strives to achieve customers’ loyalty and promote a positive corporate image by enhancing the overall customer experience. Provides excellent customer service to all passengers while ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the flight cycle. Must be ready and fit to operate, ensuring productivity aligns with set measures and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensures punctual attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legality for assigned flights.
- Attends pre-flight briefings to understand flight details and roles.

Safety Measures
- Instructs passengers on safety procedures.
- Identifies safety and security risks and collaborates with the Cabin Supervisor for remedial actions.
- Administers first aid as needed.
- Reports irregularities to the relevant authorities.

Customer Service
- Welcomes passengers and assists with boarding formalities.
- Provides excellent service tailored to individual needs.
- Assists stressed or distressed passengers per policies.
- Promotes onboard revenue and charity programs, achieving targets.
- Handles cash and card payments securely.

Pre and Post-Flight Checks
- Conducts pre-flight checks of supplies and equipment.
- Ensures cabin cleanliness and readiness.
- Completes post-flight reports and evaluations.
- Maintains professional knowledge through training.
- Contributes to team goals and sales targets.

Requirements
- Minimum height: 160 cm (Female), 170 cm (Male).
- Proportional weight, clear skin, and good health.
- Ability to swim with aid.

Qualifications
- Diploma or higher secondary education; travel/tourism diploma is a plus.
- First aid and safety training are advantageous.
- Fluent in English, proficient in MS Office.

Experience
- Previous airline cabin crew experience is required.
- Active cabin crew license is preferred.
- Able to work shifts and long hours.
- Flexible and adaptable to changes.
- Capable of meeting KPIs and policy adherence.
