Job summary

Dubai-based restaurant group is seeking skilled bartenders to join their award-winning venues. You will prepare cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, interact with guests, and craft beverage menus to enhance guest experiences.

Responsibilities include mixing drinks, checking IDs, restocking, and ensuring compliance with beverage regulations. Prior experience, garnishing knowledge, and strong communication are essential; English proficiency is expected, with a second language a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven bartending experience in high-volume environments.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation and garnishing.
• Ability to assess guest preferences and make recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
