OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:

  • Conduct departmental training for operational teams, ensuring compliance with Brand, Forbes, and LQA standards.
  • Support operational teams in creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Introduce new associates to service standards, brand programs, and quality processes.
  • Promote the culture of creating meaningful moments for guests through the Moments of Marquis program.
  • Keep informed about training tools and resources via Daily Rehearsal communication.

Assist the Director of Quality with:

  • Experience audits, site visits, mystery shopper programs, and feedback reviews.
  • Collaborate across departments to embed culture and experience goals.
  • Report outcomes to leadership and analyze trends for continuous improvement.

Managing Guest Experience

  • Review guest feedback and ensure appropriate actions are taken.
  • Respond to post-stay surveys and online reviews.
  • Engage with guests regularly to gather feedback and improve satisfaction.

Managing Human Resources Activities

  • Develop solutions to improve guest satisfaction.
  • Foster employee commitment and model desired behaviors.
  • Set goals, conduct performance appraisals, and ensure fair policies.
  • Encourage employee feedback and address concerns.
