Responsibilities
  • Responsible for sales coordination, customer service, and support, ensuring timely quotes, documentation, and communication with clients and sales teams.
  • Assist sales team with order processing, maintain records, coordinate client inquiries, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries, manage documentation, and oversee inventory while ensuring customer service in the automotive industry with proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • Support sales activities by coordinating with clients, preparing documents, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate records and communication.
  • Assist in sales framework implementation, coordinate lead follow-ups, support marketing initiatives, and analyze sales performance in healthcare.
  • Manage end-to-end sales order process, customer inquiries, and invoicing while utilizing advanced Excel and ERP knowledge for efficient coordination.
  • Coordinate staff mobilization, manage attendance and timesheets, ensure punctuality, and support site operations through effective communication and coordination.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery, manage procurement processes, and maintain records while ensuring effective communication and quality documentation.
  • Provide CRM support, administrative assistance, and project coordination while demonstrating exceptional communication and research skills.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2 - 8 years (as applicable within the organization) in related roles.
  • Locations: Ajman, United Arab Emirates (UAE); Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
