Qualifications

• Proven experience in launching restaurants or cafés in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate and F&B sector, especially in high-footfall areas.
• Solid financial acumen in restaurant operations and cost analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Willingness to travel within the UAE and occasionally across the GCC.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Dubai F&B market, strong industry connections, and a proven track record in launching new branches.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Identify and evaluate potential locations using market insights and data.
2. Liaise with mall managements, real estate developers, and property consultants.
3. Oversee all phases of branch development: scouting, negotiations, design, pre-opening, and handover.
4. Prepare feasibility studies with financial projections and ROI analysis.
5. Analyze site performance based on competitor benchmarks and demographics.
6. Coordinate with internal teams: design, operations, and marketing.
7. Maintain strong relationships with vendors, landlords, and government authorities.
8. Track F&B trends and monitor competitor strategies.
9. Report key KPIs and updates to leadership.
