Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai is seeking a Creative Director (Exhibitions) to lead the creative direction for campaigns, seasons and digital content. You will mentor designers, copywriters and art directors, guiding the creative process from brainstorming to final delivery.

You will oversee end-to-end production including photo/video, sourcing and licensing across sports media, and develop branding ideas to ensure consistency across social, digital, experiential and partnership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
Minimum 10+ years' experience in a creative agency, specializing in exhibition stand design or experiential design.
Proven experience leading and mentoring creative teams.
Strong concept development, storytelling, and exhibition design expertise.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (3ds Max or other 3D software is an advantage).
GCC experience is essential.

Responsibilities

Set the creative direction and visual systems for campaigns, seasons, and digital content.
Mentor team members and direct the creative process from brainstorming to final delivery.
Lead end-to-end production, including photo/video, sourcing, and licensing across sports media.
Invent new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns and marketing messages.
Develop and produce creative brand designs and ensure brand consistency across channels.
