Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in major network agencies is preferred.
• Proven track record in experiential delivery and large‑scale projects.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Industry references from experiential business are mandatory.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; sketching skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and uphold the agency's creative vision across projects.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure quality and consistency.
