Job summary

Hire Rightt - Executive Search & HR Advisory seeks an Associate Creative Director (Exhibitions) in Dubai to set visual direction for campaigns and digital content. Lead and mentor designers, copywriters, and art directors through brainstorms to delivery.

Requires 10+ years in a creative agency with exhibition/experiential design and strong storytelling. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; GCC experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years' experience in a creative agency, specializing in exhibition stand design or experiential design.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring creative teams.
• Strong concept development, storytelling, and exhibition design expertise.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (3ds Max or other 3D software is an advantage).
• GCC experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Set the creative direction and visual systems for campaigns, seasons, and digital content.
• Mentor team members (designers, copywriters, art directors) and direct the creative process from brainstorming to final delivery.
• Lead end-to-end production, including photo/video, sourcing, and licensing across sports media.
• Invent new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns and marketing messages.
• Responsible for both developing and producing creative brand designs.
• Must be able to lead a team and employees in brand development.
• Ensure brand consistency and impact across social, digital, experiential, and partnership activations.
