Job Description:

The Exhibition Stand Sales Executive (Female) is responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships within the exhibition and events industry. This role involves promoting custom exhibition stand solutions to corporate clients, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and coordinating with design and production teams to deliver projects. The candidate will operate within a competitive, target-driven environment aligned with UAE sales ethics and client service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and approaching potential clients in various industries who require exhibition stand services for trade shows and events.
  • Presenting company offerings through meetings, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinating with design, project management, and production teams to ensure client expectations are clearly communicated and delivered.
  • Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets by managing leads, following up on inquiries, and closing deals efficiently.
  • Attending trade shows and networking events to expand the client base and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Preparing quotes, proposals, and sales reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company pricing strategies.
  • Ensuring all communications and sales practices comply with UAE business conduct and advertising regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of sales experience in the exhibition, events, or related creative industries in the UAE or GCC region.
  • Strong knowledge of exhibition stand design, fabrication processes, and event marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Arabic or other regional languages are a plus.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive, client-facing environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Well-presented, confident, and comfortable with B2B presentations and networking.
