Job summary

Ejadah Asset Management Group LLC in Dubai seeks a skilled Working Team Leader cum Carpenter for exhibition stands and temporary structures. This on-site leadership role blends advanced carpentry with team coordination for fabrication, assembly, and installation of stands and related installations at events.

You will supervise carpenters, interpret CAD drawings, select materials, oversee on-site installation, coordinate with designers and other trades, ensure safety and quality, mentor juniors,

Qualifications

• ITI diploma or vocational training in carpentry or woodworking.
• Prior experience in events, exhibitions, or fit-out industries.
• Fluent English (read, write, speak).
• Willing to stay in company-provided shared accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of carpenters on workshop and on-site assignments.
• Read and interpret technical drawings CAD plans and build specifications accurately.
• Recommend and select suitable materials wood laminates MDF acrylics metals fabrics etc based on project needs durability weight and cost.
• Oversee on-site stand installation and dismantling within project timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers designers and other trades electrical graphics etc to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Monitor materials usage reduce waste and report inventory needs.
• Solve on-site problems with quick practical solutions.
• Mentor and train junior carpenters and ensure adherence to best practices at the worksite.
• Ensure proper management and maintenance of the workshop space and its contents including machinery tools materials and plant.
